GCR™ International Accreditation - Our visit to your clinic
We understand that you are a working clinic, so when we visit, we do not want to disturb your patients or doctors at all - in fact, we like to see the clinic running as it does usually every day.
- we will check through the expertise of the team with you, and may ask to see certifications of doctors' training & education, as well as proof of any clinic awards or certification you may have
- we would like to see the facilities you have available, including any special technology, special needs facilities, and safety facilities, such as the sterilization room and AED
- we would like to see your clinic documentation for patients, for example the price list, written treatment guarantees, aftercare sheets, welcome pack, etc.
- we might want to see how you collect the feedback from patients
Usually, the GCR™ clinic check takes about 45-60 minutes, following up with about 15 minutes of questions.
Afterwards, we also like to reserve some time to discuss & demonstrate with the clinic team how to use some of the excellent tools that GCR.org provides to accredited clinics. This usually takes 15-30 minutes.
At the end of our visit, we present the "GCR™ Internationally Accredited" certificate to the clinic.
You are free to take photographs / video material of the GCR™ clinic visit, as long as we are allowed to receive a copy of any photographs or video material taken.
