What can I do if my clinic is temporarily closed or not taking new patients?

Contact us with a description of your situation (for example, "we are currently closed for major renovations / we plan to reopen in late August / ..."). Taking your current situation into account, we'll update your GCR™ Clinic Profile so patients know you're currently closed. Once the renovation is complete, contact us again and we'll remove the corresponding note.

If your clinic has closed permanently:

  • let us know through the contact form on our website
  • give the date of closure with any necessary comments, and confirm the closure
  • once a patient or a GCR™ Clinic Ambassador has verified the information, we will remove your listing

Our editors will attempt to verify this change by referring to your official website or social media presence. If the closure can't be confirmed, your request may not be accepted.
